3. Cancellation and Payments Policy

LoraLukather.com has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.  This means that if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to that appointment, LoraLukather.com will charge you for that appointment regardless.  As applies to VIP Passport subscriptions, unused minutes are not refundable at any time.  Except where noted, payments for consultations or other products, events, or services, are required in advance.
